Many of the core recommendations of our program follow well-supported dietary and nutritional science. Though no one person's diet and health path can determine policy or recommendations, gaining knowledge and making better decisions is a strong step forward in lifestyle and medication-free 'living longer' vs. 'dying slower' with medical treatments to unwind lifestyle health choices.
